School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is our whole-school approach to promoting positive behaviour and a strong sense of community at Colac West Primary School.

Our Matrix of Expectations, based on our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience, helps create a learning environment where every student can succeed — socially, emotionally and academically.

We use a consistent, school-wide approach to teach, model, and promote positive behaviours, creating a safe and supportive environment where all students can learn and thrive. Students are recognised for demonstrating our school values through the A-Coin reward system.

By earning A-Coins for positive behaviours and spending them at our fortnightly A-Coin Shop, students are encouraged to continue making positive choices
